Graduated in Economics in 1982, University of Santiago de Compostela. Both my teaching activities, since 1986, and research, have been linked to Economic History. Doctor in Economic Sciences in 1995, with a thesis on agrarian history in the 18th and 19th centuries. After an initial stage focused on the agricultural sector, my research has focused on the history of the canning industry, the history of marine aquaculture, and business history.
